[Subclipse-dev] Is there a reason that we cant select another tag/branch in the compare window from the SVN Repository view?

Message Hi,

I know if i select a tag and i select another tag or branch (multi select)
and then say compare i get an option to compare the 2
That is handy but a bit hidden to use that way. I would expect that i can
select a tag say compare and in that window select another tag or branch to
compare to
But the urls are not editable at all. Is there a reason for that?

And when i compare (graphically) i get a compare window with all the
differences as one.
We like to use that to generate a change log or look at what is changed and
why.
Problem is that when you select a file from the top left list. You do see
the changes if double clicked
But you cant see the history of that file, or the commit logs that
contributed to the changes i see.
It would be very nice to be able to say to the file > show in history or
that i can see besides the changes also the relevant commit logs..
Can this be done? That compare editor is that something of eclipse itself or
is it pretty much subclipse code?
