We certainly wouldn't consider kicking off 300 update threads to be run concurrently,
if that is what you mean.

It would be possible, assuming all the projects are from the same repository, to call
the Subversion API once (passing it all the selected projects) rather than once for each
project. However, because each project is a distinct working copy, it is unlikely that
this would result in the performance improvement that you might imagine. Internally,
the API will still treat the request just as if we were doing separate commands.
