Suppose you have a large SVN 1.7 working copy. You import into a Eclipse a project that lives inside that
working copy. Because this project does not have any .svn folders inside of it we do not detect it is a SVN
working copy and auto-share it.

We should look for a way to still auto-share in this case. I would think when any new project is imported
we could just try to retrieve SVN info of the root of the project and let the API tell us if it is a SVN working
copy or not.

There is another bug too. If I manually share the project after importing, the decorators do not look
correct on the root project until I restart Eclipse.
