There were several issues here. Your stacktrace is an indication that Subclipse tried
to contact the repository when determining whether or not all the selected resources are
from the same repository (when enabling/disabling context menu options). I've fixed this.
 I also found that it was possible that the decorator thread could try to contact the
repository, and I've fixed that as well.
