I'll explain the steps to replicate the issue:

1. I have a java project with a package p1 contaning a java file J1 (fully
qualified name p1.J1) and a subpackage p2 with another java file J2 (p1.p2.J2)
2. All the files are shared and committed into a SVN repository (connected via
SSH using Tortoise, but tried also with a direct HTTPS connection having the
same issue)
3. I rename the p1 package in p1_old (using rename or refactor/rename Eclipse
commands)
3.1 (optional) I rename the p2 package in order to be p1_old.p2
4. I try to rename pq_old in p1 but the system prevent the renaming with a error
message like this:
delete --force C:/workspaceSVN/java​project/src/p1/
move C:/workspaceSVN/java​project/src/p1_old/
C:/workspaceSVN/java​project/src/p1/J1.ja​va
    Invalid schedule
svn: Cannot copy to 'C:\workspaceSVN\j​avaproject\src\p1​J1.java' as it is
scheduled for deletion

Windows Version:

Subclipse version:
1.8.6 with Client Adapter version 1.8.1 and JavaHL (JNI) 1.7.4 (r1295709)
