When I develop Subclipse, I have something like 14 projects checked out that I update together, and they all live in the exact same structure you indicated. We have not got a lot of feedback or ideas. Some of the people that get this seemed to have very simple setups. I am going to try to get a Linux setup. Maybe that is the common link.
