Sounds good.
When will be the fix available via update
site?

First I've set all Depth to infinity after that I've created a new folder
(with files and subfolders) on another PC and checked this in.

Then I've updated the project on my local machine and get all files and
subfolders.
But now the Depth is set to empty again.
So if I add a new file to my folder (on the other machine) my local machine
says that there are no new files.

Yes, I saw you were at 1.10.12. My assumption that I explained in the comments was that the problem was
created at the earlier release.

Do a completely new checkout so you know the working copy depth is at infinity, and then do an update from
Synch view and see if you are getting this set still.

The only fix that was made was to stop changing it to empty. It does not change it back to infinity for you
once it has been set to empty.

I always use the synchronize view.
As you can see I'm currently at 1.10.12 but the depth-property is still shown
as "empty" in svn info.

This was a bug in 1.10.11 that was fixed in the 1.10.12 release. It only happened when updating from the
Synchronize view.

Though the problem will not be created any more, once the depth was set in your working copy you have to
use your workaround to fix the working copy. The same can be done via the GUI using Team > Update ...

I'm not sure if this is a bug of eclipse or subclipse but since update to
latests eclipse (4.5.2) I have a a mysterious problem when synchronizing
with our svn-repository.

So it can happen that a folder in svn contains files and foldes and the
checkouted folder is empty.
Also an update shows that I'm on the head revision.

If I check svn info for the empty local folder i see that "Depth" is set to
empty.
Only svn update --set-depth infinity solves the issue.

I did some tests with a collegue.
create folder A and inside File a.txt and folder (inside folder B another
file b.txt).
Checkin into svn repository.
Local folder looks good, svn viewer shows all new files.
Now I've tried to checkout the update project (with the new folders) on
another pc.
Sometimes I get all changes and somteimes I get only the folder without
contents.
--> But the Depth seems always set to empty and therefore I do not get any
additional updates for this folder. :-/
