Message	I've tried both, the eclipse.ini as recommended by everyone, and the the command line start options for $#its and grins. Both have the same results. The configuration details under Help > About also show the correct values. I don't change anything other than creating a new workspace. Which, I have recently uncovered simply deleting the file: workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.prefs also works.
