Message	This is definitely a bug. I will enter an issue and look into fixing it. > OK, so I confirmed that simply renaming my project as 'trunk' fixes the problem, but since this is a <project>/trunk situation, I'm unsure how to tell Subclipse to ignore the different directory name?
