Message Subclipse only decorates the bottom right corner. The icon you showed
looked like the entire icon was decorated. This means whatever plugin
owns the view you are working in is likely doing it. Maybe whatever
they are trying to tell you with the decorator causes them to not show
any team decorators, or maybe it is just a bug or oversight on their
part.
