I believe TSVN has had this feature for a couple years.

Subclipse has changeset support, but it comes from Eclipse and is in
the Synchronize view. We have actually had this for probably 6-7
years now. If you use the Synchronize view and put it in changeset
mode you will see them.

You can do something similar, create a changeset that you stash files
in, and then choose other changesets when you commit.

Note that this feature does not make use of the SVN changelists added
in SVN 1.6, so you cannot see the changelists you create with TSVN or
the command line.

Message Hi All!

New (tortoise) svn now includes feature called changelists.

There is a special changelist named ignore-on-commit. All files assigned to
this changelist would not be selected for commit. This is very useful when
you don't want to commit some files and you don't want to set svn:ignore
either

I tried with the latest subclipse version. It ignores changelists and offers
me to commit files.

Is it possible to support this new svn feature in subclipse by any chance?
