Message I can confirm that I see the same thing. I am just guessing, but I
suspect that this change that Johan Compagner made to fix an issue
with Eclipse 3.5 is the root cause of the problem:

My guess is that we are not generating a unique name for the item and
so the internal Eclipse caching thinks it already has the file it
needs and does not have us fetch it again from the server.

Johan, can you take a look at this? I see your patch appended the
lastChangedRevision to the path. In this scenario, the revision ought
to be the one the user selected. I am not sure how to get that
factored in though.
